Translated Abstract
In this paper,super-efficiency DEA model is applied for the improvement of grey relational analysis,overcoming the problem that property weights are hard to be objectively determined,while improving the defect of weight co-efficlencies are homogenized in grey relational analysis,super-efficiency DEA model is used to process relational analysis of Fujian Electronic Information Industry and other two leading industries including their sub-industries for a more reliable result.In addition,relevant policy proposals for how to speed up informatization construction of leading industries and how electronic engineering industry can drive other two leading industries＇＇ leaped development are presented with research results.
