Translated Abstract
To study the antioxidant activity of water-extract and ethanol-extract of the broken Dictyophora indusiata spore and unbroken spore, and were compared by using five appraisal models including DPPH radical, hydroxyl radical, reducing power, superoxide radicals and Fe2+ chelating power.The results showed that different extraction methods was exhibited different antioxidant activity, water-extract and ethanol-extract had better activities on DPPH radical, superoxide radicals and reducing power, especially on superoxide radical the scavenging rate was up to 88.10%;In hydroxyl radical and Fe2+ chelating power, the antioxidant activity by using ethanol-extract was obviously better;The broken Dictyophora indusiata spore had different antioxidant activity on different solvents, and effects of its crude polysaccharide on DPPH radical scavenging were better;It was found that the broken Dictyophora indusiata spore had more higher antioxidant activity than unbroken spore.Content of crude polysaccharide, total flavonoids and total polyphenol of the spores were determined in this paper, and provide a basis for study of Dictyophora indusiata spore.
