Abstract:
采用不同的过滤方式对电容器用铝材(1100合金)进行过滤净化处理试验,用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电镜(SEM)对该材料的微观组织和拉伸断口进行观察分析.结果表明: 双级泡沫陶瓷过滤的效果明显优于单级泡沫陶瓷过滤,对1100合金的除杂率由13.19%提高到42.36%,使其铸态的力学性能得到一定程度的提高;30ppi+50ppi(进口)双级过滤比30ppi+60ppi(国产)双级过滤能更有效去除夹杂氧化物,改善铝铸轧板的偏析,提高了成品板材的力学性能(抗拉强度、伸长率、塑性应变比),明显改善了终产品的深冲性能.
