Abstract:
通过Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机对经高效熔体处理的3003铝合金进行变形温度为300 ~ 500℃,应变速率为0.01~10.00 s-1等温压缩试验,采用加工硬化率和应变的关系曲线确定动态再结晶稳态应变εs,得到该合金动态再结晶状态图;合金流变应力曲线特征值与lnZ值之间呈线性关系,Z值越低越有利于发生和完成动态再结晶;由流变应力曲线计算动态再结晶体积比例,建立了动态再结晶体积分数Xd的数学模型:Xd=1-exp[-1.5726(ε-ε0/εp)2.523 4].
