Abstract:
采用热模拟试验技术和OM、TEM等技术,探讨了氧化夹杂物对1235合金的热压缩变形行为的影响。结果表明,氧化夹杂物对1235合金的热压缩变形过程中流变应力和变形组织有着显著的影响。大块夹杂有利于动态再结晶的形核与长大,晶粒较粗大;细小夹杂限制了再结晶晶粒的长大,细化了再结晶晶粒。氧化夹杂物含量越低的合金更易于进行热压缩变形,热加工性能好。
