Abstract:
分析研究了准单级高效高频环节光伏并网逆变器的电路拓扑、最大功率点跟踪控制、输入电压外环和输出电流内环的双环PWM控制策略和关键电路参数设计准则.其拓扑是由光伏阵列、推挽正激式直流变换器和极性反转逆变桥级联构成.1kVA 48VDC/220V50Hz推挽正激式直流变换器高频环节光伏并网逆变器的仿真与实验结果表明,此逆变器具有高频电气隔离、准单级功率变换、最大功率点跟踪准确、极性反转逆变桥功率开关电压应力低且为ZVZCS、变换效率高、并网电流质量高等优点.
