Translated Abstract
The calculation of city travel impedance has a great significance meaning for city accessibility research and urban planning.This paper presents a city impedance calculating model, which is based on the points of interest in the social networks.The model uses the the land parcels divided by the urban traffic network as the basic unit, and then consider the factors of the average traffic network distance, turning angle, turning times, intersection and population for calculating the impedance value of city area in accessible radius.In the experiment part, we use the land parcel data and the weibo POI data in Tianjin to further verify the high applicability of the proposed model in calculating the city travel impedance and reflecting the impedance variation of the area in different periods.
