光动力治疗因具有微创、副作用小、抗瘤谱广、高选择性等优势,正吸引着人们越来越多的关注[1]。金属-有机骨架(MOFs)材料是一种新型多孔材料[2],在纳米药物载体领域有巨大的应用潜力和研究价值,为癌症的治疗开辟了新的途径。
