Abstract:
太阳能是取之不尽、用之不竭的清洁能源。设计合成具有光电或光化学能转化的半导体材料是实现太阳能转换和存储等重要应用的关键。杂化半导体材料由于兼具无机/有机组元优点、结构多样性,以及性能易调控等特点,近年来受到广泛关注。
