Abstract:
目的 光动力治疗(Photodynamic Therapy,PDT)是集光敏剂,光,氧气三种要素作用于一体的癌症治疗手段,其生物相容性较好、耐药性低、光选择性治疗,相对于传统的化疗、放疗以及手术治疗等有着巨大的优势。但在临床光动力治疗中,光敏剂存在着在红光区域吸收较弱,单线态氧量子产率低,缺乏肿瘤靶向性等缺点。
