Abstract:

This ZnO based gas sensor is based on Seebeck effect. It can afford a direct voltage of 0-100 mV, which can be amplified and disposed conveniently. The experimental results show that the output voltage alters when the concentration of NO2 changed. It shows that this gas sensor based on Seebeck effect is a prospective new type gas sensor.
