Abstract:

The residual stress relaxation of the autofrettaged tube in homogeneous temperature field is studied. A gray prediction model of autofrettage residual stress in homogeneous temperature field is developed based on grey theory. The calculated results by means of the model are in excellent agreement with the experimental ones. A new method for the data processing of autofrettage residual stress relaxation has been provided.
