Abstract：
After the literature review, evaluation index for industrial technology innovation ability is set up and the thinking of consistency combination evaluation is presented. Then we evaluate technology innovation ability of Chinese Manufacturing Industries using Computer-Integrated Comprehensive Evaluation Support System for Common User (EV) and analyze the evaluation conclusion.
