Abstract：

A　bi-crystalline　TiO2　consisting　of　monocline　and　anatase　was　synthesized　through　the　hydrothermal　reaction　of　tetrabutyl　titanate　and　sodium　hydroxide　with　butyl　end-capped　fatty　alcohol　ethoxylates　as　phase　regulator.　The　effects　of　phase　regulator,　hydrothermal　reaction　temperature　and　time　on　the　crystalline　phase　of　the　products　were　investigated,　and　the　phase　transformation　mechanism　was　preliminarily　discussed.
