Abstract:

A GO-based molecular beacon assay was developed for rapid, sensitive and cost-efficient detection of transcription factor proteins. Furthermore, this assay can be employed for screening inhibitors of transcription factor proteins. © 2013 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
