The　ANSYS　parametric　design　language　(APDL)　is　used　for　the　calculation　of　deformation　and　stress　because　of　its　gravity.　Consideration　of　beam　static　performance　(deflection)　and　dynamic　performance　(natural　frequency)　under　the　effects　by　the　different　of　the　cross　section　form,　the　arrangement　of　prestressed　reinforcement,　prestressed　tendons　form　and　the　number　of　prestressed　reinforcement,　the　paper　gives　some　advice　to　the　design　of　the　prestressed　concrete　structure　and　some　reference　of　the　further　study　on　prestressing　loss.
