The　study　on　the　chaos　model　and　simulation　of　enterprise　knowledge　sharing　system　is　the　need　of　present　knowledge　management　practice　and　technological　advance　as　well　as　the　inevitable　demand　of　sharing　knowledge　theory　and　practice　of　modern　enterprises.　This　paper　studies　knowledge　sharing　system　by　means　of　chaos　theory　and　knowledge　management　theory,　mainly　discusses　the　significance　of　chaos　management　of　enterprise　knowledge　sharing　system,　establishes　the　chaos　model　of　enterprise　knowledge　sharing　system,　carries　out　a　simultation　analysis,　and　puts　forth　the　relevant　strategies　of　enterprise　knowledge　sharing　system,　so　as　to　explore　a　new　way　for　knowledge　sharing　management.　©　2011　IEEE.
