As　many　Stakeholders　appeal　to　the　colleges,　the　college　teachers　take　up　heavy　responsibility.　According　to　the　Argyris　Theory　of　Maturity,　the　paper　illustrates　college　teachers＇　execution　of　duty　from　two　aspects:　the　former,　job　maturity,　expresses　in　talent　cultivation,　scientific　research　and　social　service;　the　latter,　psychology　maturity,　in　professional　hoNor　and　responsibility.　The　analysis　in　view　of　Stakeholders＇　appeals　will　be　certainly　present　great　guidance　of　performance　appraisal　to　college　teachers.　©　2011　IEEE.
