Abstract：

The　study　progress　of　graft　copolymerization　of　cellulose　was　overviewed.　The　heterogeneous　graft　copolymerization　and　homogeneous　graft　copolymerization,　emphatically　living/controlled　free　radical　copolymerization　developed　in　recent　years　were　introduced.
