Abstract：

A　highly　sensitive　and　selective　electrochemiluminescent　biosensor　was　designed　for　mercury(ii)　based　on　T-Hg2+-T　complex　by　using　Ru(bpy)32+-doped　silica　nanoparticles　(Ru-SNPs)　to　label　the　oligonucleotides　in　order　to　improve　the　sensitivity.　©　The　Royal　Society　of　Chemistry　2010.
