Abstract:
In order to improve the value of virtual surgery simulation, convenient medical research blood vessels, piping, structure and geometry similarities based on pipes, the many-branched trees of parametric three-dimensional modeling idea to vascular piping three-dimensional one were applied. Based on the extraction of liver portal vein three-dimensional skeleton, a method of reconstruction of liver vascular model in B spline curve was studied. Vascular three-dimensional shape was defined by generalized cylinder, the B-spline curve fitting the three-dimensional spatial skeleton, and then calculating fitted curve of several feature points of the Frenet frame, soluting the tangent of feature points, then drawing the feature point as the center of the circle and perpendicular to the tangent of transverse circle, finally according to the cross-sectional contour point on the circle surface reconstruction to draw the vascular based on the generalized cylinder model. The result shows that using this method the vascular pipeline model can be easily reconstructed, meantime the model can be manipulated, monitored and edited in real time. Its advantage of direct and convenience has certain guiding significance for the frequent interactive virtual surgery. ©, 2014, Chinese Association for System Simulation. All right reserved.
