Investigation and analysis of initial stress degree of concrete filled steel tube arch bridges

Abstract:

This paper collects a great deal of essential information especially of initial stress degree of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridges that had been built in China, analyzes and summarizes the relationship between the initial stress degree and span length, structural types, ratio of rise to span, construction methods and materials of the type of the bridges respectively, aiming at providing reference for the structural design and construction of these kinds of bridges.
