当前高校实验队伍普遍存在着地位和待遇差,职称评聘不够合理,提升交流机会有限,创新能力和学习能力不足等问题.论文首先简单介绍了几种常见的博弈论模型,接着探讨高校实验队伍建设的本质,分析了博弈论对于实验队伍建设的意义,并在此基础上提出融入博弈论的高校实验队伍建设策略.
