采用CMT (Cold Metal Transfer)焊接工艺,基体区选用ER80S-G焊丝,硬质区选用进口焊丝OK Tubrodur15.50进行双金属电弧增材试验,对成形件的横截面进行显微组织分析和硬度测试.结果表明:基体区的组织为粒状贝氏体、铁素体以及碳化物质点,各层的组织分布均匀;硬质区各层组织差别很大,底层以片状回火马氏体为主,随着层数的增加回火马氏体量减少,淬火马氏体量增多,最后一层由于没有受到回火作用,组织以淬火马氏体为主.成形件横截面的整体显微硬度分布较为合理,基体区的硬度变化不大,平均硬度为235.1 HV;硬质区的硬度随层数的增加逐渐增高,平均硬度为695.5 HV.
