Nitrogen-doped　graphene　has　been　widely　used　in　the　fields　of　electronic　devices,　photovoltaic　industry,　sensors　and　so　on,　due　to　its　unique　properties.　In　this　work,　we　systemically　analyzed　and　discussed　on　the　current　main　preparation　methods,　structures　and　properties　of　different　dimensions　of　nitrogen-doped　graphene,　and　thereby　the　applications　of　nitrogen-doped　graphene.　Finally,　based　on　the　current　status　of　researches,　challenges　and　future　trends　of　nitrogen-doped　graphene　are　concluded.　©,　2015,　Journal　of　Functional　Materials.　All　right　reserved.
