Abstract：
文章为对民国前福州古代城市历史空间格局演变轨迹的分析与研究提供主要参考，对提出福州各历史时期城市发展对其现代发展的启示意义，并作为较早开埠的传统中心城市的范例，以期通过探究为中国近代城市规划和建设及福州历史文化名城保护提供借鉴和参考。
