近年来,随着跨境电商的迅猛发展,跨境电商物流服务需求量急剧增加.顾客多层次服务需求的快速增长,给跨境电商物流的竞争力带来了挑战.运用钻石模型对我国跨境电商物流竞争力进行了分析,通过结构方程模型探索了影响因素作用机理并阐述了提升我国跨境电商物流竞争力的对策.
