Abstract:

针对数字低频控制的两电平双Buck半桥逆变器(DBHBI)系统输入电压利用率低、滤波器件体积大、输出波形谐波大的问题,研究一种C28x+控制率加速器(CLA)高频数字控制的单极性调制三电平双Buck全桥逆变器(DBFBI).用工频开关桥臂取代半桥逆变器中的输入均压电容,拓扑全桥结构有效提高输入电压利用率.桥臂三电平输出降低了输出谐波含量,输出波形更逼真;开关管采用高频数字化控制,降低输出滤波器件体积和重量的同时,保持高效和高可靠性.仿真和实验验证了以上分析的正确性和可行性.
