Translated Abstract
The formula of tunnel fireproof coatings (TFC) was improved by adding the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA),polypropylene fibers and silicon alkyl powder,and studied by the macro test (bonding,fireproof behavior,impermeability and cracking resistance) and microscopic test (pore structure,electron microscope scanning and thermogravimetric analysis).Experimental results show that adding appropriate amount of PVA,polypropylene fiber and silicon alkyl powder can optimize the pore structure,improve the interface transition zone and make internal force more even,so as to improve the bonding strength,impermeability and cracking resistance of TFC.
