Abstract：
地方高校智库的属性特征决定了其必须以服务地方经济社会发展为根本任务.在福建举全省之力建设“21世纪海上丝绸之路核心区”的背景下,福建地方高校智库应努力在服务“海丝核心区”建设中发挥重要作用.在服务“海丝核心区”建设方面,当前福建地方高校智库还存在目标不够明确、特色不够明显、缺乏统筹规划等问题.针对这些问题,福建省应加强高校智库的整体规划、模块化建设和平台建设,引入市场机制,打造服务“海丝核心区”建设的特色型地方高校智库.
