Abstract:
采用溶胶-凝胶法在柔性钼衬底上制备CZTS预制层薄膜,此预制层放在含5%H2 S的N2氛围、500℃温度条件下进行硫化得到CZTS吸收层.不同参数制备的CZTS吸收层分别采用XRD、Raman、SEM表征其特性.在此基础上制备Mo foil/CZTS/CdS/ZnO/ITO/Al结构的薄膜太阳电池.研究表明,硫化升温速率为10℃/min制备的CZTS吸收层性能最佳且其制备的电池效率达到最高.
