Abstract：
There have been an increasing number of urban sculpture copyright infringement disputes in China over the years. Currently, there has been limited study on the fair use of urban sculpture copyright, and judicial practice tends to cite stipulations of law directly when making judgment. The authors intend to discover the elements of urban sculpture copyright by study on legal connotation and related legal precedents, hence to clarify the principles and scope of application of the fair use of urban sculpture copyright. © 2016 IEEE.
