This　article　introduces　the　onmi-directional　M-mode　cardiography　system　based　DICOM,　analyses　the　design　of　system　framework　and　all　of　the　function　modules　in　detail.　This　system　can　directly　inspect　the　exact　moving　data　when　the　structures　of　heart　expand,　shrink　or　distort.　At　the　same　time,　it　can　generate　synchronized　M-mode　cardiography　from　any　directions.　Every　module　of　this　system　are　designed　following　DICOM　standard,　it　could　connect　to　PACS　system　seamless.
