Abstract:

Aiming at the technical problems of thin-walled aluminum casting, the traveling magnetic field foundry method has been adopted to study the forming process of thin-walled aluminum heat sink, by using self-made linear motor and plaster mold. The results show that the traveling magnetic field foundry method by using linear motor can enhance the filling pressure head of liquid metal and effectively improve the filling ability of aluminum alloy; when the voltage is 220-250 V, the completer casting piece can be obtained by taking stainless steel as the bottom plate.
