Abstract:
Based on the analysis of current temperature monitoring technologies for high-voltage equipment, this article develops a system on the basis of wireless communications. In this system, the MCU on the high potential side communicates interactively with the low potential side by means of the wireless transceiver modules on both sides, so that the temperature signal of the high-voltage equipment can be sent to the low potential side. This article focuses on the following key techniques: the design of the antenna made of PCB in wireless communications; the power source based on solar cells in the high-voltage equipment, for which energy is provided by the MCU-controlled spotlight on the low potential side, which steadily produces a 3.3 V voltage through the low power voltage control module; and the parameters and the processing method of a well-performed temperature sensor. The tests in laboratory indicate the reliability of this system in communication.
