Abstract:

Under the guidance of 'ensuring that children do not drop out of school due to poverty China has established a broad and universal subsidy system for poverty-stricken students in colleges and universities, which has achieved phased results. However, during the implementation, there are still some bad phenomena such as 'fake poverty-stricken students This paper will focus on the application of big data technology to solve the above problems through technical means. It also studies the optimization of the system from three aspects: logical structure design, physical structure design and flow chart design of the big data service platform for poverty-stricken college students. © 2020 IEEE.
