Abstract:
采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)为主要载体,添加少量壳聚糖(SA)、SiO2和CaCO3,利用聚乙烯醇-硼酸(PVA-H3 BO3)包埋法,包埋苯酚降解菌TX1;并制备成胶珠,研究胶珠对含酚废水的降解.通过正交实验、单因素实验和传质性能分析,确定并优化包埋条件.结果表明PVA浓度8%、SA浓度0.2%、SiO2浓度2.4%、CaCO3浓度0.4%和饱和H3 BO3液pH为6.7时,包埋胶珠机械强度好、结构稳定、无泄漏、固定化效果好;同时发现该条件下的固定化细胞培养12 h后对初始浓度为500 mg/L苯酚废水的降解率为78.1%.
