Abstract：
针对某选矿厂氰渣进行了工艺矿物学研究,得出其中所含可回收利用的金属元素为Au,质量分数为2.51×10-6,主要包裹在黄铁矿和砷黄铁矿中.根据矿石性质,开展了单因素对浮选指标的影响试验,最终确定较适宜的浮选条件:矿石未磨,浓H2SO4除CN-,矿浆pH=6.5,CuSO4用量为150 g/t,丁铵黑药用量为70 g/t,丁基黄药用量为100 g/t,经过一次粗选、两次扫选、三次精选工艺试验,最终取得金精矿中金品位为18.70×10-6、回收率为70.18%的良好指标.
