Abstract:

采用旋涂法来制备Sb2S3薄膜,薄膜结晶性好、纯度高。在此基础上,以Sb_2S_3薄膜为光吸收层,制备了结构为FTO/TiO_2/Sb_2S_3/P3HT/Al的电池,并对影响电池性能的Sb2S3薄膜退火时间进行了优化处理。最终得到:当退火时间为10 min时,电池的性能最好,效率最高。
