Abstract：
融资融券交易是海外证券市场广泛实行的一项成熟交易制度,能够保障证券市场发挥基础职能作用.中国的融资融券业务于2010年3月31日起正式开展.本文梳理了国内外学者关于融资融券业务的相关文献,以期为后续的研究提供一些指引和新的思路.
