Abstract：
融资租赁诞生于上世纪50年代的美国,在西方国家的发展比较成熟,但引入我国仅三十多年的时间,发展不完善,但却是解决我国中小企业融资难问题的有效途径.本文从融资租赁承租方的需求、风险、相关问题的应对等角度对融资租赁进行了探讨.
