Abstract：

Comprehensive　evaluation　of　power　quality　is　very　important　for　the　management　of　power　quality　problems　and　the　＂quality-based　pricing＂　in　the　electricity　market　environment.　Based　on　the　fuzzy　comprehensive　evaluation,　this　paper　introduces　the　confrontational　cross　DEA　model,　and　proposes　a　new　comprehensive　evaluation　model　of　power　quality,　which　solves　the　shortcomings　of　the　single　evaluation　method.　Finally,　the　feasibility　and　correctness　of　the　model　are　verified　by　an　example　analysis.　©　2019　IEEE.
