Abstract:
用共沉淀-高温固相法合成镍钴氢氧化物前驱体,加入过硫酸铵和改性石墨,对金属离子进行预氧化和电化学性能改性,再用硝酸铝掺杂的方式加入铝元素,并通过溶剂溶解和二次煅烧的方法使铝混合均匀,制得球形LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2正极材料.通过SEM、XRD和蓝电测试系统对材料进行表征和检测,具有良好的循环性能,在0.2C下首次放电比容量达200.1 mAh/g,50次循环后容量保持率为86.67%.
