Translated Abstract
This paper builds a theory model to explain how knowledge network embeddedness affects ambidextrous innovation of cluster firms by knowledge management.The cluster firms of three industrial clusters in Fujian Province are chosen as the research objects in the questionnaire survey,and the structural equation model is used to verify the hypotheses.The result shows that:knowledge network embeddedness influences ambidextrous innovation by means of knowledge management,and the external knowledge network embeddedness is more beneficial to the ambidextrous innovation;knowledge acquisition fully mediates the relationship between knowledge network embeddedness and ambidextrous innovation;knowledge integration plays a full mediating role in knowledge network embeddedness and incremental innovation,and knowledge creation acts as a full mediating role in knowledge network embeddedness and radical innovation.Key words:knowledge
