Translated Abstract
In recent years,the domestic education sector has a new term called ＂ Double First-rate＂ construction,which the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to so that the term enters the people＇s attention quickly and becomes the focus. The trend of globalization and the prosperity of China＇s economy and society raise higher requirement for discipline construction and talent cultivation to this discipline. Theory of Investment is a both theoretical and practical comprehensive disciplines. What＇s more,it starts relatively late in China and the development is still not perfect. However,the development prospect is highly promising in the future. Therefore,with ＂ Double First-rate＂ Construction as research background,this paper first elaborates the present situation of this study,introduces the development of this discipline; then,in order to orientate the investment disciplines in all-around levels,using AHP,this research sets up an evaluation model of discipline construction and talents training,finds out reasons for its slow development. Finally,the author puts forward the suggestions on discipline construction and talent cultivation.
