Circular DNA: A stable probe for highly efficient mRNA imaging and gene therapy in living cells

Abstract:

Due to its high nuclease resistance and improved stability in biological fluids, circular DNA (cDNA) has been used to fabricate an intracellular mRNA sensing platform. cDNA has turned out to be a good option for highly efficient biosensing and therapeutics in living biological systems. © 2018 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
