Itself　and　its　application　of　computational　linguistics　is　still　in　the　primary　stage　of　English　teaching,　foreign　language　teaching　and　linguistics　expert　workers　should　strive　to　overcome　language　cognition,　computational　linguistics　ambiguity　and　other　issues　that　must　be　addressed　bottlenecks.　Utilization,　control,　the　results　of　research　and　innovation　linguistics　computing,　making　it　change　the　traditional　teaching　tools,　especially　in　the　current　era　of　big　data　context,　statistical　analysis　of　the　data　is　in　a　time　of　great　innovation,　computational　linguistics　and　in　English　Teaching　should　always　pay　attention　to　changes　in　the　era　of　big　data,　timely　data　to　itself　and　the　large　background　combined.　In　addition,　in　this　article,　also　we　discussed　problems　faced　by　the　calculation　phonetics　and　research,　while　also　cited　some　of　its　application　in　English　teaching,　and　these　examples　do　analysis.　©　2018　Walter　de　Gruyter　GmbH.　All　rights　reserved.
