Abstract：
在城镇化的发展压力下,中小城市的交通拥堵问题也越来越突出,以福建省漳州市中心城区作为交通分析案例,针对其交通拥堵普遍存在的典型问题进行深入讨论,提出片区交通微循环、路网关键节点与路段优化、慢行系统、路内停车系统和城市智慧交通建设等一系列拥堵治理对策.
