Abstract:
低噪声放大器作为射频接收通道的核心部件,直接关系到接收通道对于弱信号的捕获和识别.本文提出一种两级级联放大器的设计框架,运用输入最佳阻抗匹配和输出共轭匹配相结合的设计方法,较好地权衡了噪声系数和增益.通过引入滤波器,提高了射频通信模块的收发隔离度和抗干扰能力,确保射频模块在混杂的电磁环境中能够稳定工作.通过理论分析、仿真设计和实物制作,设计出满足北斗导航应用的接收通道低噪声放大器.
