Abstract:
本文提出基于企业实际问题的PBL+Outcome教学模式,通过其运用于翻转课堂的教学实践,打破常规建立了以解决企业问题为导向的课程体系,并用帕累托图和5WHY分析法梳理核心问题、剖析根本原因,打造与企业需求接轨的实训化教学模式,以期为应用型工科院校人才培养与教学改革提供新思路与参考.
